Showman Killer has done what was asked of him, protecting the heir of the Omnimonarch from a treacherous usurper. But along the way, he has discovered that he too has the blood of royalty running through his veins. Now that the young heir wants to go to war to reclaim what’s his, will Showman Killer help him succeed or take what’s rightfully his, by any means necessary?

The Invisible Woman is the third and final chapter in the Showman Killer story, and it somehow manages to top the insane, manic vividness of the previous installments, leading to a crashing crescendo of violence and humor that ties everything up in a nice little package, however bloody and ridiculous.

Jodorowsky is clearly in his element here, indulging equal parts weirdness, hilarity, and imagination, giving Showman Killer the opportunity to show off that he can be as creative as he is vicious and petty. Showman Killer has a touch of Deadpool and a touch of Indiana Jones, anti-authority all the way.

I didn’t totally understand the story — not that I expected to, given the twists and philosophy in the second installment — but I still very much enjoyed this lunatic space saga.
