We’re thrilled to welcome Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook back to Seattle as we celebrate their latest book, Israeli Soul. For their first major book since the trailblazing Zahav (which won 2 James Beard Awards), Michael and Steven go straight to the food of the people—the great dishes that are the soul of Israeli cuisine. Usually served from tiny eateries, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, or market stalls, these specialties have passed from father to son or mother to daughter for generations.

Mike and Steven will discuss their latest with Seattle Times writer Rebekah Denn, at Fremont Abbey. You’ll take home a signed copy of Israeli Soul, and you’ll even get to try a sample of one of the recipes from the book. Join us for an evening of lively conversation and delicious food.

Reservation includes a signed copy of the $35 book. Please note that reservations are not refundable.
