The Complete Peanuts 1979-1980 (Vol. 15)
I’m not sure I know a single human being who does not love the Peanuts gang. I remember my parents getting the Sunday paper and me going to pull the funnies out just so I could see what my favorite characters were up to that week. I even cut several favorites out and kept them in an envelope.
In this compilation of Peanuts comic strips, it is easy to see why Snoopy and the gang are so loved worldwide. Reading these comics still made me chuckle as an adult. From Snoopy bossing Woodstock around to Lucy being mean to everyone and offering “psychiatric support” to Marcie following Peppermint Patty around, this book will bring back memories of a long lost childhood.
With pages and pages of black and white comics that won’t leave your fingers covered in newsprint (haha, remember that?) and a forward by Al Roker, the last person to interview Charles Schultz before his death in 2000, The Complete Peanuts by Charles Schultz 1979-1980 is a must-have addition to the collection of any fan of Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the whole gang.
