A Perfect Manhattan Murder

This book is a cute who-done-it mystery with a surprise twist ending. It is the second book in a series where ex-New York detective Nic and her husband, Nigel, get caught up helping to solve the murder of her best friend’s husband. The murder takes Nic and Nigel through the life of the producers, actors/actresses, and critics of a Broadway play. Everyone seems to be connected and involved with each other, yet no one seems to really know each other at all. Nic, Nigel, and their very large but lovable dog, Skippy, interview everyone who has any connection to the murder victim. This book has many twists and turns along the way, keeping you engaged and unable to put it down. The author has done an excellent job showing the love and witty conversations between the two main characters. A Perfect Manhattan Murder is a page-turner that will keep you guessing until the end.
