The Night Angel Trilogy: 10th Anniversary Edition
For Durzo Blint, assassination is an art – and he is the city’s most accomplished artist. For Azoth, survival is just the beginning. He was raised on the streets and knows an opportunity when he sees one – even when the risks are high as working for someone like Durzo Blint. Azoth must navigate the assassins’ world of dangerous politics and strange magics – and become the perfect killer.
From the moment I started to read The Night Angel Trilogy 10th Anniversary Edition I could not set it down. The plot was one of the first things that drew me in. I found it to be dark and grim which continued to hold my attention throughout the whole trilogy, as well as keeping me on the edge of my seat the whole time. The author wrote The Night Angel trilogy quite wonderfully – every character and city was well written and full of an interesting mix of new people and culture, as well as describing every fight with incredible detail. The cast of characters throughout the trilogy, while great and well written, I personally found it quite difficult to actually remember what the characters were up too, especially if they were characters with smaller roles throughout the series.
